Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you are returning the product for any reason other than a mistake on our part, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied and subtracted from your refund.

Shipping

Due to the large size and weight of the products we carry, most are required to ship LTL, Flatbed or even as full truckloads (depending how much you order). As a result, we cannot give a shipping estimate prior to checkout on our website. You will be contacted by phone or email AFTER your order is placed with the shipping total and estimated time in transit. We make every attempt to ship your order same or next business days, but again, because of the size and weight of the products we carry, we are restricted to the schedules of the trucking companies we use.

If you're located within a couple of hours driving distance from Shreveport, LA, we can possible make a company delivery to you. Delivery fees usually average between $50 and $150 and vary depending on the items ordered and your specific location.

Please note: Quite a few of the items we carry will require a fork lift to be unloaded. We can request a lift gate from the trucking company but they will charge an additional fee. Some items will be able to be shipped using common carrier (we use FedEx).

Again, we will inform you of all pertinent shipping details after your order has been placed. Your card will not be charged for the shipping fees, until it has been approved by you.
